Project Detail

Lepps House

The clients were a contemporary nuclear family with no children. The brief was simply to have a progressive looking home. The architects again explore the courtyard idiom in an attempt to find the suburban identity of the modern Indian home. The circulation is clockwise and the spaces fit around the courtyard to best suit the client’s brief. Exposed brick and concrete were paired with a courtyard again for the timelessness they impart to any structure.
